2. Information We Collect

Account information: When you register, we collect your mobile phone number, name, email address (optional), and WhatsApp number.

Order information: Delivery addresses, items ordered, payment method, and order history.

Device information: Browser type, IP address, and pages visited — collected automatically via server logs and analytics.

We never see or store your card or bank details. Online payments are entered on CCAvenue's secure page; we receive only the result and its reference. Pay-on-delivery orders are paid in cash or UPI at your door.

3. How We Use Your Information

To process and deliver your orders
To send order status updates via WhatsApp/SMS
To manage your account and loyalty points
To improve our service and resolve disputes
To comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for advertising or sell it to third parties.

4. Information Sharing

We share your information only with:

Delivery partners — your name, phone, and address so they can complete your delivery
Service providers — hosting, SMS/WhatsApp gateways that help us run the platform (under strict data agreements)
Law enforcement — when required by Indian law

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Order records are retained for 5 years for accounting and legal compliance. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6. Cookies

We use a single authentication cookie (vv_access) to keep you logged in. This is strictly necessary for the service. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

8. Security

We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Access tokens are stored in httpOnly cookies to prevent JavaScript access. We regularly audit our systems for security vulnerabilities.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via WhatsApp. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance.
