1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Virar Veggies website (virarveggies.com) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Responsibility

Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@virarveggies.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Orders and Pricing

Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs when we confirm the order.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if items become unavailable or if fraud is suspected.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Virar Veggies is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. See our Delivery Information page for details.

6. Payment

You can pay on delivery, in cash or by UPI, or — where offered at checkout — online in advance through our payment partner CCAvenue. A pay-on-delivery order is payable when it is delivered; refused payments may result in account suspension. An online order is placed only once its payment succeeds.

7. Dhaniya Points

Dhaniya Points are a loyalty feature with no cash value. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the points program at any time. Points expire 12 months after earning if no account activity occurs.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use the service to: (a) place fraudulent orders; (b) abuse the refund policy; (c) interfere with the platform technically; (d) impersonate another person. Violations will result in account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and code — is owned by Virar Veggies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Virar Veggies' total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Palghar district, Maharashtra.
